Generalized Einstein conditions on holomorphic Riemannian manifolds

Summary At first, a necessary and sufficient condition for a K?hler-Norden manifold to be holomorphic Einstein is found. Next, it is shown that the so-called (real) generalized Einstein conditions for K?hler-Norden manifolds are not essential since the scalarcurvature of such manifolds is constant. In this context, we study generalized holomorphic Einstein conditions. Using the one-to-one correspondence between K?hler-Norden structures and holomorphic Riemannian metrics, we establish necessary and sufficient conditions for K?hler-Norden manifolds to satisfy the generalized holomorphic Einstein conditions. And a class of new examples of such manifolds is presented. Finally, in virtue of the obtained results, we mention that Theorems 1 and 2 of H. Kim and J. Kim [10] are not true in general.     

关于广义四元数代数上矩阵的迹的一个等式

众所周知,相似矩阵的迹相等对于非交换代数和环上的矩阵不一定成立,有趣的问题是给定一个条件使得相似矩阵的迹相等对于非交换代数或非交换环上的矩阵成立。本文对于特征不是2的任意域F上定义的广义四元数代数上的两个矩阵A和B,给出如果A和B相似并且它们的主对角线上的元素在F中,那么它们的迹相等。     

Analogues of the Kolosov–Muskhelishvili General Representation Formulas and Cauchy–Riemann Conditions in the Theory of Elastic Mixtures

Analogues of the well-known Kolosov–Muskhelishvili formulas of general representations are obtained for nonhomogeneous equations of statics in the case of the theory of elastic mixtures. It is shown that in this theory the displacement and stress vector components, as well as the stress tensor components, are represented through four arbitrary analytic functions.The usual Cauchy–Riemann conditions are generalized for homogeneous equations of statics in the theory of elastic mixtures.

Optimality conditions and duality theory for minimizing sums of the largest eigenvalues of symmetric matrices

The sum of the largest eigenvalues of a symmetric matrix is a nonsmooth convex function of the matrix elements. Max characterizations for this sum are established, giving a concise characterization of the subdifferential in terms of a dual matrix. This leads to a very useful characterization of the generalized gradient of the following convex composite function: the sum of the largest eigenvalues of a smooth symmetric matrix-valued function of a set of real parameters. The dual matrix provides the information required to either verify first-order optimality conditions at a point or to generate a descent direction for the eigenvalue sum from that point, splitting a multiple eigenvalue if necessary. Connections with the classical literature on sums of eigenvalues and eigenvalue perturbation theory are discussed. The Generalized KKM Map and Its Applications to Variational Inequalities

In this paper,applying the concept of generalized KKM map,we study problems ofvariational inequalities.We weaken convexity(concavity)conditions for a functional of two variables■(x,y)in the general variational inequalities.Last,we show a proof of non-topological degree meth-od of acute angle principle about monotone operator as an application of these results.     

Some Invariance Principles for Random Vectors in the Generalized Domain of Attraction of the Multivariate Normal Law

For independent identically distributed random vectors belonging to the generalized Domain of Attraction of the multivariate normal law, we define two partial sum processes analogous to that of Donsker's Theorem. We prove that each converges in distribution to a Brownian Motion in the space of continuous functions. One process uses nonrandom operator normalization, and the other is a studentization of the first, using normalization by the empirical covariance operator.

本文引入了一类新的带松弛单调映射和松弛Lipschitz映射的广义非线性混合拟变分包含组 ,构造了求解该类变分包含组的迭代算法 ,证明了该类变分包含组解的存在性以及由本文构造的迭代算法产生的迭代序列的强收敛性 .所得结果推广和改进了大量文献中的最新结果[1 5 ] .     

A generalized Adadorov theory for anisotropic thin-walled beams

This paper presents a generalized Adadorov theory for anisotropic thin—walled beams. The theory takes account of the shear strain of the middle surface, which exerts a significant influence on the anisotropic thin-walled beams. A new approach is established to solve the governing equations, which have the same form for both open and closed section beams. The numerical examples show that the effects of the shear strain cannot be neglected for this class of beams.This work was part of research project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China
